The SI8635BC-B-IS1R is a CMOS device that offers significant advantages over traditional isolation technologies in terms of data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, reliability, and external BOM. Operating parameters are stable over a wide temperature range and throughout the life of the device, facilitating design and achieving highly uniform performance. Features Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and requires only VDD bypass capacitors. Supports data rates up to 150 Mbps with less than 10 ns propagation delay in all devices.
