The SI8410AD-D-ISR is a CMOS device that offers significant advantages over traditional isolation technologies in terms of data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, reliability, and external BOM. Operating parameters are highly uniform with stable performance over a wide temperature range and throughout the life of the device. All device versions feature Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and require only VDD bypass capacitors. Data rates up to 150 Mbps are supported, and all devices have a worst-case propagation delay of less than 10 ns.
