The SI8622BB-ASR are CMOS devices that offer significant data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, reliability and external BOM advantages over traditional isolation technologies. The operating parameters of these products remain stable throughout the life of the device for ease of design and a high degree of uniformity in performance. All device versions feature Schmitt-triggered inputs for high noise immunity and require only VDD bypass capacitors. Data rates up to 150 Mbps are supported, and all devices have propagation delays of less than 10 ns.
