The ADC3644IRSBR ADC is a low-noise, ultra-low power, 14-bit, 125MSPS dual-channel high-speed ADC. The device is designed to achieve low power consumption, noise spectral density of -155dBFS/Hz, and excellent linearity and dynamic range. The ADC364x has excellent DC accuracy as well as IF sampling support, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The ADC364x uses a DDR or serial CMOS interface to output data, with the lowest power consumption digital interface and flexibility to minimize the number of digital interconnects.
