The NCID9410R2 is a galvanically isolated, high-speed, four-channel digital isolator with an output enable function. The device supports isolated communications so that digital signals can be communicated between systems without generating ground loops or hazardous voltages. It uses onsemi's patented galvanic isolation off-chip capacitor isolation technology and optimised IC design to achieve high insulation and noise immunity. The resulting capacitor thickness is approximately 25 times that of film on-chip capacitors and coreless transformers.
