The MAX17221ENT converters are ultra-low quiescent current step-up DC-DC converters with 225mA/0.5A/1A peak inductor current limit and True Shutdown™ mode.True Shutdown disconnects the input from the output with no forward or reverse current. The output voltage is selectable with a single standard 1% resistor. Flexible inductor selection is possible with the 500mA MAX17221ENT peak inductor current limit. These converters feature ultra-low quiescent current, small overall solution size, and high efficiency over the entire load range. These devices are ideally suited for battery applications where long battery life must be required.
