The MAX38650AANT buck converter offers 390nA of ultra-low quiescent current and a 1.8V to 5.5V operating input voltage range. Supports up to 100mA load current with 95% peak efficiency. High efficiency over the entire load range and small total solution size. The device is ideally suited for battery applications where extended battery life is required. The buck converter supports 100% duty cycle operation and can be seamlessly converted as a battery discharge down to below the target output voltage. A unique control scheme is used to achieve ultra-low quiescent current and high efficiency over a wide output current range.
