The ADL8100ACPZN is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudo-crystal high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), broadband low-noise amplifier (LNA) that operates over the frequency range of 0.01 GHz to 20 GHz. the ADL8100ACPZN provides 20 dB of typical gain over the range of 0.01 GHz to 6 GHz, 2.5 dB of typical noise figure over the range of 6 GHz to 14 GHz, and 38 dBm of typical output third-order cross-talk point (cotone) over the range of 0.01 GHz to 6 GHz. The ADL8100ACPZN provides 20 dB typical gain from 0.01 GHz to 6 GHz, 2.5 dB typical noise figure from 6 GHz to 14 GHz, 38 dBm typical output third-order intermodulation point (OIP3) from 0.01 GHz to 6 GHz, and consumes only 220 mA with a 5 V supply voltage, which can be lowered at the expense of OIP3 and output power. It also features internally matched 50 Ω DC-coupled inputs and outputs.
The ADL8100ACPZN is available in a RoHS-compliant 2 mm × 2 mm, 8-pin LFCSP package.
