The SI8642BA-C-IUSkyworks family of ultra-low power digital isolators are CMOS devices that offer significant advantages over traditional isolation technologies in terms of data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, reliability, and external BOM. The operating parameters of these products are stable over a wide temperature range and throughout the life of the device, facilitating design and achieving a high degree of uniformity in performance. All device versions feature Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and require only VDD bypass capacitors.
