The SI86S620BC-AS Skyworks family of rugged, low-power digital isolators are CMOS devices that offer significant advantages over traditional isolation technologies in terms of data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, reliability, and external BOM. All versions feature CMOS threshold and Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and require only VDD bypass capacitors. Data rates up to 150 Mbps are supported, and all devices achieve a typical propagation delay of 10 nanoseconds.
