SI86S642BE-AS2 Skyworks' family of rugged, high-speed, low-power, multichannel digital isolators are CMOS devices that offer advantages in data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, dimensional reliability, and external BOM over traditional devices. All devices feature CMOS threshold and Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and require only VDD bypass capacitors. Data rates are up to 150 Mbps with a latency of 10 milliseconds. The family includes SPI and QSPI functionality with direction control pin options.
