The MAX38640AELT Ultra-low 330nA static current buck (Buck type) DC-DC converter operates in the input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and supports up to 175mA load current with a peak efficiency of 96%. The turn-off current is only 5nA. The device has ultra-low static current, small overall scheme size, and maintains high efficiency over the entire load range. The device is ideal for battery-powered applications where long battery life is critical.
