The MAX38640BENT18 is a nanoPower family of ultra-low 330nA quiescent current step-down (buck) DCDC converters that operate from 1.8V to 5.5V, support load currents up to 175mA, 350mA, and 700mA, and have 96% peak efficiency. With a shutdown current of only 5nA, these devices offer ultra-low quiescent current, small overall solution size, and high efficiency over the full load range. the MAX38640-MAX38643 are ideal for battery applications requiring long battery life.
