The MAX77827DEFD is a high efficiency boost/buck converter for single-cell Li-Ion powered applications with the industry's lowest typical quiescent current of 6μA. The devices support an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and an output voltage range of 2.3V to 5.3V. The ICs are available with two different switching currents (1.8A and 3.1A) to optimize external component sizing based on a given load current requirement. With the 1.8A switch current limit option, the IC supports up to 1.0A load current in buck mode and 900mA load current in boost mode (VIN = 3.0V, VOUT = 3.3V).
The MAX77827DEFD is available in a 1.61mm x 2.01mm, 12-ball wafer-level package (WLP).
