The MAX77504BAWE is a synchronous, 3A, step-down DC-DC converter optimized for use in 2- and 3-cell battery-powered applications. The converter operates over a 2.6V to 14V input voltage range. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.6V to 6V with an external feedback resistor. The device supports a low IQ SKIP mode for excellent efficiency at light loads.The MAX77504BAWE can also be synchronized to an external clock frequency via the FPWM pin.

The MAX77504BAWE is available in a small, 1.7mm x 1.7mm, 16-ball, 0.4mm pitch wafer level package (WLP) package.
