The MAX11116AUT is an 8-bit, compact, high-speed, low-power, successive-approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). These high performance ADCs include a high dynamic range sample-and-hold and a high speed serial interface. These analogue-to-digital converters accept a full range of inputs from 0V to the supply or reference voltage. Dual single-ended analogue inputs are used, connected to the ADC core via a 2:1 MUX connection.Dual single-ended analogue inputs for ADC core connection. These devices also include a separate power input for data interface and a dedicated reference voltage input for reference voltage.
