The IPS8160HQ eight-channel high-side drivers are monolithic devices designed using VIPower M0-3 technology to drive any type of load with one side grounded. These drivers feature CMOS-compatible inputs, very low standby current, undervoltage shutdown, and overload and short-circuit protection with output current limiting.The IPS8160HQ high-side drivers also feature case over-temperature protection for thermal independence of the channels to prevent false grounding and a thermal shutdown diagnostic pin.
