The MAX14916AFM features eight high-voltage terminated switches that can supply up to 1.1A (minimum) continuous current per channel. Two adjacent channels can be connected in parallel to form four 2.4A high voltage terminals. The high voltage termination switches have an on-resistance of 250mΩ (max) at 125°C ambient temperature.

The MAX14916AFM is available in a compact 48-pin 6mm x 6mm QFN package.
