The LEOAC00PT-D is a CMOS low power quad 2-input NAND gate for use in aerospace environments. It operates from 2 V to 6 V (with an absolute maximum voltage rating of 7 V).

The LEOAC00PT-D operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is packaged in a plastic TSSOP-20 thin shrink small outline, 20-lead package using gold wires and nickel/palladium/gold lead finishes for whisker resistance.
