The LEOAC14PT-D is a CMOS low-power hex inverter for use in aerospace environments. It operates from 2 V to 6 V (with an absolute maximum voltage rating of 7 V). Each operator has a Schmitt trigger input capable of converting a slowly varying input signal into a sharp output signal.

The LEOAC14PT-D operates over a wide temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C and is available in a plastic TSSOP-20 thin reduced outline package, 20-lead, finished with gold wires and nickel/palladium/gold leads for whisker resistance.

The LEOAC14PT-D meets the ST-LEO specification for space-ready radiation hard plastic products. This AEC-Q100-based specification provides specific trade-offs between footprint savings, cost of ownership, quality assurance, radiation hardness, and high volume production capabilities.
