STPS41H100CG is a dual common-cathode Schottky diode array packaged in a D2PAK (TO-263-3) package, suitable for high-frequency switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, and power management circuits. This device features low forward voltage drop, high current carrying capacity, and excellent switching performance, significantly reducing power loss and improving system efficiency.
