The QPC6044TR13 silicon-on-insulator (SOI) RF switches are specifically designed for cellular, 3G, LTE, and other high-performance communications. These devices feature a surface mount design for easy assembly and operate over the 5MHz to 6GHz frequency range.The QPC6044TR13 RF switches are designed with a high isolation symmetrical topology for excellent linearity and power handling. The non-reflective design allows the RFX port to be terminated to a 50Ω resistor in the off state. In addition, these +1.8V logic-compatible switches offer a single-pin solution. This single-pin solution can disable the negative voltage generator (NVG) and provide a negative voltage from off-chip, if desired.
