The LM63615DQDRRRQ1 is an easy-to-use synchronous DC/DC buck converter for harsh automotive applications. The device can drive load currents up to 1.5A or 2.5A using inputs up to 36V. The converter offers excellent light-load efficiency and output accuracy in a compact solution size, and features such as the RESET flag and precision enable termination provide a flexible and easy-to-use solution for a variety of applications.Automatic frequency foldback at light loads improves efficiency while maintaining tight load regulation. The device eliminates many external components through integration techniques and offers pinouts designed for simple PCB layout. Protection features include thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and intermittent short-circuit protection. the LM63615DQDRRRQ1 is available in a WSON 12-pin power supply package with PowerPAD™.
