The AD7686CRMZRL7 is a 16-bit, charge redistribution, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a 5 V single supply (VDD). The device incorporates a low-power, high-speed, 16-bit loss-free sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, and a multifunction serial interface port. It also integrates a low-noise, wide-band, short-aperture delay sampling and holding circuit. Typical applications include battery-powered devices, data acquisition, instrumentation, medical instruments, and process control.
