The AD7689CCPZRL7 is an 8-channel 16-bit Charge redistribution Successive Approximation Register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that can operate using a single power supply VDD. The device uses a simple serial port interface (SPI) to write data to the configuration register and receive the conversion result. The SPI interface uses a separate power supply VIO, set to the host logic level. Power scales with throughput.
