The AD7961BCPZ is a 16-bit, 5 MSPS, charge redistribution successive approximation (SAR) analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). Its SAR architecture delivers unrivalled noise and linearity performance.The AD7961BCPZ includes a low-power, high-speed 16-bit sample ADC, internal conversion clock, and internal reference buffer. The AD7961BCPZ samples the voltage difference between the IN+ and IN- pins at the CNV± edge. The voltage on these pins swings in opposite phase between 0 V and 4.096 V and between 0 V and 4.096 V. The reference voltage is applied externally to the part. A reference voltage is applied externally to the part. All conversions are available on a single LVDS self-clocked or echo clocked serial interface.The AD7961 is available in a 32-lead LFCSP (QFN) with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +40°C.
