The AD7677ASTZ is a 16-bit, 1 MSPS, 1 LSB INL, charge redistribution SAR-type, fully differential analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a single 5 V supply. It is the flagship of the new PulSAR™ family, and is also the faster, higher-accuracy 16-bit SAR ADC ever available in the industry, with a built-in 16-bit high-speed sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuitry, and serial and parallel system interfaces.
