The UCC44273DBVR single-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver device is capable of efficiently driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches.The UCC44273 is designed with inherent minimum breakdown current to deliver high peak current pulses to capacitive loads with rail-to-rail drive capability and very low propagation delays (typically 13 ns).
The input pins of the UCC44273DBVR device are capable of withstanding -5 V. The UCC44273 has 4 A source and 4 A sink (symmetrical drive) peak drive current capability at VDD = 12 V. The UCC44273DBVR is designed to provide high peak current pulses to capacitive loads with rail-to-rail drive capability and very low propagation delay (typically 13 ns).
The UCC44273DBVR operates over a wide VDD range of 4.5 V to 18 V and over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 140°C. An internal undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuit on the VDD pin holds the output low outside the VDD operating range.
