The UCC27624DGNR is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver that efficiently drives MOSFET, IGBT, SiC and GaN power switches. The UCC27624's typical peak drive strength of 5A helps reduce power switch rise and fall times, lower switching losses, and improve efficiency. The device's fast propagation delay (17ns typical) improves system dead-time optimisation, control loop response, pulse width utilisation and transient performance, resulting in higher power stage efficiency.
