TMP392A2DRLR——Dual-channel (over-temperature and over-warmth), resistor-programmable thermal switch, SOT-5X3-6

The TMP392A2DRLR belongs to a series of ultra-low power, dual-channel, resistor-programmable temperature switches, providing protection and detection against system overheating events within the 30°C to 130°C range. The TMP392A2DRLR offers dual overheat (hot, warm) detection. The trip temperature (TTRIP) and thermal hysteresis (THYST) options are programmable via two E96 series resistors (1% tolerance) connected to the SETA and SETB pins. The resistance range for Channel A is 1.05KΩ to 909KΩ, offering 48 distinct values. The resistance range for Channel B is 10.5KΩ to 909KΩ.

Grade A2: ±3.0°C (±1.5°C within +30°C to +70°C range)

Grade A3: ±3.5°C (±2.0°C within +30°C to +70°C range)

Ultra-low power consumption: 0.5µA (typical) at 25°C

Supply voltage: 1.62 to 5.5V
