Overview:

The LTC3401EMS is a high-efficiency, fixed-frequency boost DC/DC converter operating from input voltages below 1V. The device incorporates a 0.16Ω N-channel MOSFET switch and a 0.18Ω P-channel synchronous rectifier. Switching frequency reaches up to 3MHz and is configurable via an external timing resistor, whilst the oscillator may synchronise to an external clock. An external Schottky diode is optional but may marginally improve efficiency.
