The LT5538EDD is a high-performance RF power detector operating from 40 MHz to 3.8 GHz, housed in an 8-pin DFN package (3 mm × 3 mm), specifically designed for high-precision RF power measurement. The chip features a logarithmic linear dynamic range of 75dB, enabling precise measurement of RF signal power across a wide frequency range. It employs a single-ended RF input and outputs a linear DC voltage that is linearly proportional to the input power (in dBm).
