The LTC5587IDD is a 10MHz to 6GHz, low-power, monolithic, precision RMS power detector with an integrated 12-bit serial analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). The RMS detector uses a proprietary technique to accurately measure the RF power of modulated signals with up to 12dB crest factor. The detection range is -34dBm to 6dBm for a 2.14GHz input frequency, and the serial digital output of the detector is a 12-bit word value proportional to the RF signal power in dBm.

The LTC5577IUF active mixers are optimised for RF downconversion applications requiring high input signal processing capability and wide bandwidth. The wideband IF output uses an external resistor to set the output impedance, providing the flexibility of direct matching to differential IF loads such as filters and amplifiers. Although characterised and specified for a 100Ω differential output impedance, the device operates with output impedances from 50Ω to 400Ω, with high gain and reduced IIP3 and P1dB at higher impedance levels.F outputs can be used at frequencies up to 1.5GHz.
