The ADL5910ACPZN is an envelope threshold detector with an operating frequency range of DC to 6 GHz. Its main features include:

The ADL5910ACPZN RF input signal can drive the internal envelope detector. The output voltage of the envelope detector can drive a comparator that is also driven by a user-defined input voltage. When the voltage of the envelope detector exceeds the user-defined threshold voltage, the event will be locked in the S-R flip-flop. The response time from the RF input signal exceeding the user-programmed threshold voltage to the output latch is 20 ns. The latch event remains on the trigger until a reset pulse is applied.

The RF input of ADL5910ACPZN adopts DC coupling, supporting operation at any low input frequency. It operates with a 3V or 5V power supply and has a power consumption of 2.5mA. When A logic low signal is applied to the ENBL pin, the disabled mode reduces this current to 100 µA.
