The 5DB0148HB1AVG8 is a dual-channel 4-bit bidirectional data buffer with differential sorting pass, designed for 1.1V and VDD applications. The 5DB0148HB1AVG8 features dual 4-bit host bus interfaces for connection to the memory controller and dual 4-bit DRAM interfaces for connection to two x4 DRAMs. It also features a pure input control bus interface connected to DDR5 registers.
