The AEIC-7273-S16 is a four-way differential line driver LC with open collector output and enable capabilities. The VCC pin of the device powers only the internal logic. The output voltage depends on the voltage supplied by the customer and can be up to 30V. There is little difference in output swing or performance from the 3.5V-30V VCC (LOGIC) values. The internal clamping diode enables trouble-free operation over 100 meters of drive cable length.

The AEIC-7273-S16 comes in a 16L SOIC lead-free package.
