The AELT-8000-T100 line driver IC features four short-circuit-proof differential drivers, is capable of handling up to 36V currents, has shared enable capabilities, and operates at frequencies up to 5MHz. The AELT-8000 is equipped with a thermal shut-off function to provide overheating protection in case of overload. Its high data rate and wide operating voltage and temperature range make it an ideal versatile and rugged line driver for typical industrial line driver applications.
