The LTC2863IDD-1 is a low-power RS-485/RS-422 full-duplex transceiver operating from a 3 V to 5.5 V supply, housed in an 8-pin 3 mm × 3 mm DFN-8 package. The device can withstand ±60 V line fault voltages on the differential bus pins in any operating mode (including power-down) and provides ±15 kV HBM ESD protection, making it suitable for high-noise, high-transient industrial field communications.
