IXTA26P20P is manufactured using Littelfuse's patented Polar™ process, a P-channel enhanced power MOSFET in a TO-263 (D²Pak-3L) surface mount package, featuring low on-resistance and low gate charge, easy to parallel, capable of withstanding high dv/dt and avalanche energy, suitable for high-frequency, high-power-density applications.
