The NVTFS015P03P8Z is an automotive grade power MOSFET launched by (onsemi) in a 5x6mm flat lead package designed for compact and efficient design with high thermal performance. The wettable side option can be used to enhance optical inspection. NVTFS015P03P8Z complies with the EC-Q101 standard and is suitable for automotive applications.
