DSEI36-06AS-TRL is a fast recovery rectifier diode (FRED) in a TO-263-3 (D²Pak) surface mount package with a single diode structure, designed for applications requiring fast reverse recovery, such as high-frequency switching power supplies, PFC boost, UPS, inverters, and motor drives.
