The LTC3870IFUF-1 is a multiphase step-down slave controller designed specifically for digital power system management ‌, which is primarily cascaded with the LTC3887-1 controller to deliver very large currents. It adopts a 24-pin (4mm x 4mm) QFN package and has the following main features:
