The 1ED3141MC12H EiceDRIVER™ X3 compact IC is a high-performance electrically isolated single-channel gate driver, designed to drive IGBTs, MOSFETs and SiC MOSFETs. The typical output current of 1ED3141MC12H is as high as 6.5A. The input logic pins operate within a wide input voltage range of 3V to 6.5V, using CMOS threshold levels and supporting 3.3V microcontrollers.
