The LTC2364CDE-16 is a low-noise, low-power, high-speed 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. This product adopts a single 2.5V working power supply and features a pseudo-differential unipolar input range from 0V to VREF and a VREF range from 2.5V to 5.1V. The LTC2364CDE-16 consumes only 3.4mW of power and achieves ±0.75LSB INL (maximum value), no missed codes (at 16 bits), and 94.7dB SNR.
