AD9266BCPZ-65 is a single-chip, single-channel, 16-bit analog-to-digital converter that supports a sampling rate of 65 MSPS. It is powered by a 1.8V power supply and is equipped with a built-in high-performance sampling-hold circuit and an on-chip reference voltage source. The ADC features a multi-stage differential pipeline architecture with built-in output error correction logic, providing 16-bit accuracy at 65 MSPS data rate and ensuring no code loss throughout operating temperature range ‌. In addition, the AD9266BCPZ-65 supports 1.8V and 3.3V CMOS levels, is in a 32-pin LFCSP package, complies with RoHS standards, and has a rated temperature range of -40°C to +85°C‌.

Product Features

The AD9266BCPZ-65 is powered by a 1.8V single analog power supply, while the digital output driver is powered by an independent power supply to adapt to the logic ranging from 1.8V to 3.3V.

The patented sampling-hold circuit maintains excellent performance at an input frequency of up to 200 MHz, and it is also low-cost, low-power-consuming and easy to use.
