The AD9641BCPZ-155 is a 14-bit, 155 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) equipped with a high-speed serial output interface, designed to provide solutions for high-performance, low-cost, small-sized, and multi-functional communication applications. The JESD204A high-speed serial interface can reduce the wiring requirements of the circuit board and decrease the number of pins needed by the receiving device.

Main characteristics

1. Users can utilize the on-chip PLL to provide an ADC sampling clock. PLL multiplicates the ADC sampling clock to generate the corresponding JESD204A data rate clock.

2. The configurable JESD204A output module supports an encoded data rate of up to 1.6 Gbps.

3. The patented differential input still maintains excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance at an input frequency up to 250 MHz.

4. It is powered by a single 1.8V power supply.

5. The standard serial port interface (SPI) supports various product features and functions, such as: data formatting (offset binary, binary complement or gray code), clock DCS control, power-off mode, test mode, reference voltage mode and serial output configuration, etc.

The AD9641BCPZ-155 is available in a 32-pin LFCSP package and has a rated temperature range of -40 °C to +85°C for industrial use.
