The MAX4800ACCM is a low-charge injection, 8-channel, high-voltage analog switch with a 20MHz serial interface for ultrasound imaging and printers. The MAX4800ACCM uses the BCDMOS process and offers eight high voltage low charge injection SPST switches controlled by a 20MHz serial interface. The data is moved into the internal 8-bit shift register and held by a programmable latch with enable and clear inputs. The power-on reset function ensures that all switches are enabled during power-on.

The MAX4800ACCM has the following key features:
