The ADG849YKSZ is a single-chip CMOS single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch powered from a +1.8 V to 5.5 V supply. It has an ultra-low on-resistance of 0.5 Ω typical, making it ideal for applications requiring very low switching distortion, and the ADG849YKSZ is also capable of carrying large amounts of current; 600 mA typical with a 5 V supply.

When switched on, each switch of the ADG849YKSZ has the same conductivity in both directions. The device is an open-then-close type, which prevents transient short circuits when switching channels.

The ADG849YKSZ is available in a small 6-pin SC70 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
