The MAX14802CCM is a high-performance 16-channel high voltage analog switch using HVCMOS technology, providing 16 high voltage low charge injection SPST switches controlled by a digital interface. Data is moved into an internal 16-bit shift register and held via a programmable latch with enable and clear inputs. The power-on reset function ensures that all switches are turned on during power-on.
