TLV733P-Q1 series low voltage drop (LDO) linear voltage regulator has ultra-small size and low static current, can provide 300mA pulling current, and excellent transient performance of line and load. Such devices can provide an accuracy of 1% of the typical value.
TLV733P-Q1 series adopts modern capacitor-free architecture design, which can ensure stable operation without using input or output capacitance. Removing the output capacitance can help reduce the size of the solution and eliminate the surge current at startup. In addition, if ceramic capacitors must be used, TLV733P-Q1 series can still operate stably. When using output capacitance, TLV733P-Q1 series can also provide turn-back current control during device power-on and enabling. This function is particularly important for battery-powered devices.
TLV733P-Q1 series provides an active pull-down circuit, which can discharge the output load quickly when it is disabled.
TLV733P-Q1 series is packaged with 6-pin DRV (WSON) and 5-pin DBV (SOT-23).
